Hi everyone, so I am in the process of buying my first home and am planning on renting out 3 of the rooms. I am looking to draft up a lease agreement, but I don't want to just download one online and not know what I'm doing. Does anyone have a good lawyer they recommend who could help me draft up a document? Or would anyone like to share their lease agreement?
