Preliminary Title Report - where to get it?

I need to get a Preliminary Title Report for 4 adjacent lots that I own in Oakland to submit to the Oakland city planning office, to satisfy a requirement for an application. Any suggestions on where I can order one? I know the title company I had bought the lots through should be able to get one but they are slow in responding.

If you're able to, stop by the actual office that did the initial prelim for you. People tend to be ready to work with you a little more quicker when you show up in their office,....especially if you let them know you've been very patient over email and phone and you swung by because "you happened to be in the area".
