Hi all! I have a 5000 sq foot vacant lot near the Fruitvale BART station.  I want to rent it out for a little bit of income while my residential project plans are being approved.  Does anyone know allowable uses for vacant lots in Oakland?  Trying to avoid a trip down to planning dept.
