Anyone have JV opportunities & want to meet near Oakland this weekend?

I'll be in the bay area (Oakland) this weekend and I'm looking to meet fellow BPers and real estate investors that are either interested to JV on projects, or those with projects and looking for JV partners. In state or out of state interests doesn't matter to me. I would like to learn what opportunities you have as I'm currently looking to JV on some projects, and I welcome others that are looking for the same.

Is there anyone in the area, San Francisco, Berkeley, Alameda, Fremont, East Bay, etc. that would like to meet up this Saturday (August 22) maybe around noon? I'm thinking a location near BART in Oakland will be central for most people.
