Finding owner information Sacramento County

I'm wondering if anyone would mind sharing some tricks they've found for finding property owner information in Sacramento county. I found a couple of properties walking for dollars but am stuck with coming up with anyone way to contact the owners.  Hoping to pull from someone else's experience in the area.
