Anyone know a good rehab contractor in the Sacramento region?

Hello all!

I am going to be buying a house in the Sacramento area, and am looking for a good contractor to do rehab work on the house.  This will be for a home that I will be moving into, and probably selling within the next few years, so kind of like a longer term flip.  

Any advice or links to profiles would be highly appreciated!!
