Maintenance Company Roseville Area

I have a few rentals in Roseville and have been struggling to find a reliable maintenance company. Does anyone have a company that works specifically on maintenance for rentals?

I'm tired of using the solo handyman that will go quote it next week and doesn't follow up with the tenant. I'm hoping to find someone that has a back end staff that handles scheduling and maintenance employees who go on site to make the smaller repairs. 

Any help would be appreciated!
