Recommendation for flat-rate agent/broker?

Does anyone have a flat-rate agent/broker they could recommend? Details of the deal are all worked out, seller just wants to make sure everything is "legit" on paper, insisting on an agent but willing to go with a flat-rate agent/broker to keep things inexpensive. Transaction is in Chico / Butte County.
