Looking to connect with local flippers

I'm a local real estate agent and I'm looking to connect with some Sacramento area flippers.  Almost every day I find a property that needs to be flipped but I currently don't have any active flipper clients.  I do plan on attending the local investor meetups within the next few weeks but I thought I'd give this a shot as well.  

Theoretically I'm thinking of an agreement to where if I bring in a deal I'd write it up and get the buy side commission, then once the house is complete I get to list it.  The exact commission % is negotiable but it sounds like a win win to me.  Any active flippers want to connect?
