Newbie Wholesaler Looking for Starter Tips for the Fresno Market

Hey everybody, I'm an aspiring wholesaler based out of Fresno, CA just wanted to introduce myself & possibly connect with fellow wholesalers in the area that have any advice for a newbie, such as the condition of the Fresno Market, wholesaler friendly title company's, Local REI Clubs/Meetups, Purchase agreements & Assignment contracts or anything to help me get started as a wholesaler. I'm Currently doing some Bird Dog work but I'm looking for something more like co-wholesaling a deal or an apprenticeship to see first hand how a deal is executed from beginning to end.

Welcome Mariano - many successful investors start where you are right now, Fresno is ripe with opportunity if you know where to look. I would say that bird dogging is a great way to get your beak wet so to speak - something else that I that I would recommend is to check out some of the local REI meetup groups in the area. Networking with others is really important in this industry so you are going to want to get yourself out there as much as possible. Apparently there is whole section of bigger pockets dedicated to REIA groups but if you spend a couple seconds goggling real estate meetup groups in Fresno , you will see a few of the popular ones and - I even believe there is one near you that plays "Cash Flow" on Saturdays - I attend a meetup every week here in Fresno and if you reach out to me, I'll be more than happy to share what meetups I'm involved in.
