Tithing for Christian Investor
I just bought my first investment property all cash but it was bought through a heloc . I will probably use another 12-15k to make some improvements. I have a renter lined up as well as a property manager. The heloc payments require interest only payments currently and I can either do that or pay more towards principal. I haven’t decided on what to do yet. What method should I use to tithe since I borrowed money from my home equity to pay for investment property? What are your thoughts?
