Flipping to raise capital

As someone who is starting their investing journey, I was wondering how the community felt about flipping as a way to raise capital for future rental deals? In the scheme of trying to expedite the ability to scale when cash flow from rentals early can only contribute so much. Would you suggest this route or what other methods might you consider early when you don't have as many connections. Thanks!

I agree with @Brenden Mitchum.  Flipping is intense and best done by full-timers.  You might try it where you live starting with a cosmetic flip.  I'd suggest partnering with someone nearby and paying very close attention to how things go.  There's a lot to learn.

Another way to 'raise capital' is to ask people.  You're an accountant.  If you find great deals, I'm sure people would loan you money assuming you've run the numbers. :-)
