@Tanvir Sattar thanks for the tag. I want to look more into Cincy as well 🤙🏽

IMO the Cleveland market is great for beginner investors who can't afford to invest in their own backyard. Cleveland is great so far. I'm still learning more about the neighborhoods and where to invest and where to stay away from. There's a lot of opportunity for investments.
