Overprice auction sites

They do, and Auction.Com even talks about it on their FAQ: 

https://www.auction.com/lp/learn-more/bank-owned/bidding/    (then scroll down to "counter bidding") 

I notice they say not all states require disclosing counter bids. I know that I do sometimes see a little "Counter Bid" notation sometimes during auctions here in Ohio, but HI may not require disclosure.
