Hard money loan for Investment property
One of my friends who wants to do a fix and flip, has a personal relationship with a hard money lender. He has talk to me about getting into the home flipping and investing business because my experience as a realtor. Just a little advice. I know hard money lending can be used for a fix and flip but is it wise. And what other avenues would someone choose other than hard koney lending.
