excuses for not investing . . .

Great topic.

My only REAL excuse is a lack of knowledge about investing in general. But that is not really an excuse at all...Bookstores sell books, and books contain information.

Biggest reason, aside from fear, is Laziness.

I personally think that there is no excuse for not investing in real estate.
