Need investors advice/opinions

I am new here and would like to both introduce myself, as well as, ask an opinion. I am a commercial Realtor in the Chicago area. I specialize in Multi-family buildings. I am currently re-vamping my website (one of the reasons that my profile is not completely filled out- Charles that was a very insightful question, as were the responses) Back to the questions, in doing my research I found it very frustrating that most of the sites out there are someone trying to sell something. I would imagine as investors this has been a source of frustration for you as well. Except of course this site. My intention is to build a site that an investor could use as a tool. So my question to all is what kind of information would be helpful. What would you consider a great resource. Thanks in advance for your comments.
