REO vs Franchises

Scenario..
Cumulatively you get 100k that you were unable to obtain in the past. Let's say that 100k netted you 88k on revolving lines of credit (having paid fees.) You purchase a property for 50k and your net profit (ROI) from the resale is 10k. Granted you would be in the negative 2k.. However, would you be willing to take on that opportunity once a month realizing that after the 2nd investment the same scenario occurs making the net profit 8k?

If we look at a franchise scenerio.. A franchise fee at 50k to begin. The 100k netted you 88k on revolving lines of credit (having paid fees.) Your first year in business gross was 65k. Net was 10k which equals the same scenario with a lot more headaches/hours/equiptment etc.
What makes more sense? A franchise or real estate market?
hmmm seems like what you are investing in really makes a difference.
