Advice on sticking with something. Mindset help.

Okay, so I need some help/advice on getting into the proper mindset and to stick with something. I'm really bad about picking up a subject or project for a few weeks or months and then not following through. Guitar lessons, exercise, diet, etc. are things that I've focused a lot to for a moment and then fizzled out. I have a specific goal in real estate investing that I want to achieve, early retirement in 10 years. I haven't done any investing yet, I'm working on making myself more desirable to lenders and investors. Can anyone suggest anything to read or anything. Thanks a bunch, Jeremiah
