Hi all! I've been really immersing myself in the forums and literature available on BP. One thing I'm focusing on right now is tax minimization. I read the BP book on tax strategies for the savvy real estate investor which really got me thinking! I'm interested in going back to school for my Accounting Associates...in lieu of that my question is HOW can I claim these expenses on tax?
