Hey BP,

I'm wondering how did you figure out which part of or what form of REI fits your characteristics the most, and how did you come to realize that form of investing is going to work?

My characteristic is from outgoing, friendly, business oriented, self-driven, charismatic.

So I dove into wholesaling. from wholesaling, I learned that I'm able to build rapport with my seller and from there they trust me to get the job done with it comes to closing on their property on a specific date and helping them out of the situation that they are in. through that I have had some success in the past, however, I feel like something is missing...
