In your opinion; How does Donald Trump's presidency affect real estate investors confidence levels on both a micro and macro level?

I personally have never let any president dictate my persoanal or profesonal confidence levels. I feel like that would be crazy. Course I've seen a lot of crazy lately.  I feel less confident in my disisions  lately because of an over inflated realestate market. We are working towards the top of a market cycle, makes me be more cautious in buying.

There are a lot of things that cause my confidence levels to fluctuate and who the president is, is not one of them.
