Analysis Paralysis

Oh my goodness, I have analysis paralysis! I read and listen to everything and try to look for deals to put a contract on, but never pull the trigger.   I have been on bigger pockets since December.  Is there any advice?

Hi Sabrina
I know exactly how you feel! I listened to podcasts and read books for a year before I made my first offer. I'd suggest going out and looking at some potential properties. It helps generate excitement and confidence. Experience is the best teacher and I found that looking at potential investments and calculating the cost of rehab helped me think "I can do this and be good at it!"
Hope this helps!
