I am very Interested in Real estate investing, and already own one rental property. My problem however is that my wife and I are not on the same page when it comes to real estate investing. She thinks that it is a very risky and bad idea to buy real estate. I am sure others have ran into this porblem before and am just curious how you dealt with this issue?
