What is your BIG DREAM about getting into real estate?

We've had a great discussion in another thread about our biggest fears in getting involved in real estate.  Now, let's turn it around.  What is your big Real Estate Dream?  Why are you involved in real estate?

For me, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, to run my own business, to be financially independent of others, to control my own hours.  And, I always loved real estate, ever since I was a kid.  I don't really know why, but perhaps it was because my dad taught architectural history so we were always going around looking at buildings when I was a kid.  And, then, one day, I discovered that they weren't just objects of beauty (well, in some cases, anyway), they could also be used to make a lot of money . . .

My dream is to build an even bigger real estate business, produce great returns for my investors, and get a great reputation for producing results in this business so people keep coming back.  I want to feel pride in having built something and I want to leave a legacy of achievement and financial security for my children and grandchildren.
