My favorite utility bill has this word on it!

That word is FINAL. That means I've either sold a flip or rented out a house and the tenant is now paying for the utilities. On Friday, I received three Final electric bills for the last three flips I sold. It gave me a nice little jolt by reminding of the profits I made on those deals.
