Equity and mentorship

Hello all! Motivation has a strong hold on myself and I want to capitalize. Reviewing my portfolio has me more curious to leverage what I have built. Having mostly gone this far independently, I want to seek mentorship in what I should do with my built equity. Strong multifamily interest and scaling from current portfolio. I have some online mentorship options I am strongly considering, but hope to hear of others preference and success. Anyone share this view?
