Just curious... I have been an active investor for most of my life. I managed my own properties and those of others. Now I invest passively. Just wondering what tasks of active investing does everyone enjoy? Not enjoy? Has anyone else here switched to mostly passive investing such as with syndications?

I manage a mortgage note fund and love it. I love the acquisition side and also if we ever have to renovate/update a property. We also invest passively but I do this as my W2 which I love and keeps me busy and motivated.
