Company Core Values
Many follow the Entrepreneurial Operating System from the book Traction.
One of our core values as a company is to be "enthusiastic about doing the right thing."
There are many opportunities throughout each day to make this choice.
What core values have been vital to your companies success?
Core values that have been vital to our company’s success include integrity, ensuring we always deliver on promises and prioritize ethical decision-making, and collaboration, fostering teamwork and open communication at every level. We focus on exceptional customer service by aligning our solutions with client needs, while innovation drives us to continuously improve processes and embrace new ideas. Finally, accountability is key, as we take ownership of our actions and results both individually and as a team, creating a foundation for trust, growth, and long-term success.

One that we believe goes overlooked is courage and the courage to speak up if you have an opinion as well as be open to feedback.
As a ceo I am not perfect and do not know it all, If someone disagrees with me - then say it - and know there is not a backlash or repercussions for disagreement. Understand I may not take that advice but I pay people to do a job and provide opinions and feedback.

@Chris Seveney I've lost a job at company that was morally challenged when I spoke up they found reasons to dissolve my position. It's all about being human and showing people how to do things right. Then it'd on them to either take it or not. If deliveried right it sill us a hard one for most to chew on. I'm glad your open to feedback and such.

Honesty and transparency have always been my top priorities as the outward core values of any company. I have made a career of telling people no and not worrying about it because it's the correct answer.
On the inside, the core value I push the most is family. Even though it's my business, I always want people to know that their family comes first. Hard. Stop.

I think its also an age gap thing as when you get older you give less you know whats. Throw in sometimes an ego and that can also add to it.
