Banks that waive seasoning?

Hi all

Does anyone know of any lenders that will waive seasoning periods? For example, I know that Lima One will waive a property's seasoning period if you use them for both the initial hard money loan and the longer-term DSCR loan. You can refi into DSCR right after construction is completed.

Does anyone know of any similar offerings at any other banks? Thank you.
