What do you leave for your buyers?

Good morning!

I’m curious, what do you guys leave if anything behind for the buyers after you flip a house? Warranty information, before and after pics, information on the repairs? I’m thinking of the marketing behind it as I’m also a realtor but i’m not so sure it’s a good idea. This is my first flip of many to come and was just curious what everyone else leaves behind. I just don’t need a previous buyer blowing up my phone because the water heater went out or something silly.
