Hey guys ! As anyone ever thought about investing in other countries ?

I am a local here in Okinawa, Japan and would like to connect with people who would be interested in rental properties here in island.

We have some U.S. military bases here and a lot of service members/civilians are stationed here. Also, the US government is also putting more focus on military constructions (MILCON) in Japan which means service members and contractors will need to house to live long-term.

Japan have potential !
