Using Real Estate income to jump to other investments

Do you use your real estate income to finance other non-R/E investments or you just raise capital for the non-R/E investment you want to jump in?

I use some of the real estate income to finance other investments like buying gold and silver, buy 2 ATM & 3 vending machines, raw land for private park slots & learning how to raise capital for more real estate and a business.

I also have vending machines. Its just like real estate. Location, location, and location.

I love the vending business. I have lots of money in my house but if they ever tried to steal it they would need a crane to carry it out. HAHAHA

I also invest in my wife. I encourage her to keep going up the corporate ladder in her company. When I met her she was the IT person. Next was comptroller then escrow manager and now she is the president.

Just another way of investment to always encourage others do not look back and tell them you believe in them. That was/is the best investment I have ever made.
