Hello Everyone! I’m a 26yr old male from Sanford, Florida. Been trying to get my foot in the door with real estate. Land, duplexes, the whole 9 yards. I have very little knowledge about it. Any suggestions on where to start?!? Mostly focusing on assignments at the moment since I’m working a 9-5.
