Mortgage options for Townhome Investment

We're looking to purchase a new townhome in the Newark, DE area for rental purposes. Our group consists of three partners, and we've established an LLC for this venture. Our plan is to secure a loan with a 25% down payment. We're exploring loan options that would allow us to have the mortgage under the LLC's name, taking into account only one partner's credit history. While we're aware of the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) as one option, since this is a new property and the closing is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, we're interested in exploring all available alternatives.
