Leap of Faith into Real Estate
I have made a decision to jump feet first into the real estate investment world.
I will be quitting my full-time job on May 31st, 2024 and will attempt to penetrate my way into the Real Estate Industry.
Between now and May 31st, 2024 I will obtain my license to be an agent, save as much cash from my current W-2 position, educate and optimize myself and my mind to provide as much value to the people I meet along the way.
I am putting this post online for the BiggerPockets community for 2 reasons (1) to make this decision public and known to like-minded individuals and (2) communicate my desire to provide value to someone (either locally or virtually), I would love to learn what you know through while experience and learning new skills.
I invite anyone to reach out.
Looking forward to meeting you, I am grateful to be apart of this community!
Thank you!

@Carter Neal quitting your full-time job is going to set you back on investing if you plan to get conventional financing (typically the least expensive financing). I would recommend buying at least one property before you quit your job, maybe something that you can house hack to help replace some of your income or at least help keep your expenses lower.
