What are your reservations working with agents in the REI niche - if you have any?

Hello all, I am asking this question to better understand investor psychology when choosing who they partner with. I have R.E. investing knowledge as a realtor and am garnering some credibility here in the Houston market. I was curious as to why some investors don't like/prefer to work with realtors.

Lack of creativity.    I do a lot of options,  lease options and seller-financing both as a buyer and seller.
The least willing to expand their box are usually the ones that have been licensed longest.
