@Mark Ferguson , thanks for the post, while learning the Market, learn about investments etc etc etc . In my opinion developing the "investor millionaire mindset" it's critical. I speak only from experience. I have been in RE for 7 years and after setbacks, failures, I recently start writing a book, I have a great mentor, but I may ask for your help in the near future if you don't mind.
