@Maddy Lakshmanan Hi Maddy. It really depends on your long term plans and overall strategy for your investments. It's never a bad time to buy if you're picking up properties below market value and/or forcing appreciation. If you plan to buy and hold the play the long game, it can be actually be a very GOOD time to buy, as competition is down and a lot of sellers are feeling a bit uneasy. If you're looking to fix & flip or get into the short term rental game, this current market may present more risk and challenges. Just my two cents. Hope this helps!
