bank foreclosure purchase in San Francisco
Hello BP,
One of my friends is renting out a home that was foreclosed 1 month ago. It is owned by the bank now. It is in a prime location in San Francisco. The inside is nice as well as I have seen it to visit my friend. My friend got along well with the owner and gave me their contact information to reach out. Is there a way to view bank foreclosures in Cali? I tried to view bank foreclosures online but I think I do not have access. Any tips on what I can do here. I am sure I could find a buyer if it is at a discounted price and if no one knows about it since it is fairly recent. I would love to buy it for a STR but is not possible unless I use OPM. Any ideas? Thanks!

You may want to try Property Radar. They used to be called Foreclosure Radar. I have found their data to be really good in California. I personally do not pay for the foreclosure data options, I just use the general data service, but I have seen the demos of the foreclosure data and it should give you a lot of information on the property.
Thanks, I checked out Property radar and it looks like there is a paid subscription that is required.
