House Hacked my way into $1M home in Los Angeles

This guy is a writer and his wife is a teacher. He bought his home in LA, house hacked, built an ADU which he put on airbnb and now he is building several homes near Joshua Tree. Anyone living in high cost areas like SF Bay Area, New York, LA can use tips from this video.
