Starting our own GC for rehab clients

We are an experienced wholesaler team currently located in Mountain View, CA and we usually work with investors/flippers that are looking for off-market deals at discount.

We have realized that GC fees are way higher in SFBA than the rest of the country and decided to form our own team to do contract work for our investor clients. Only SFR, Bay Area homes, we have network for all type of laboring.

Is anybody experienced on this? Where should we start? What are the requirements, insurance and legal liabilities.

Yaz~
