Hi
I am planning to invest in buying rental properties for cash flow. Any advise on areas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @Subhas Reddy and welcome to BP! Bay Area is a tough market but there still are some hidden gems (off-market). I would recommend Central Valley or the Sacramento area.
