Real Estate Agent Referral?
Hi BP Community -
My name is a Martin, I'm a year long podcast listener, forum lurker and hopefully soon, a first time investor!
I've been doing my homework for about a year now and finally feel ready to become a real estate investor. I currently live in San Francisco and would like to move and purchase in Oakland. My plan is to find a single family home that I could house hack; ideally it would have an inlaw suite.
I'm currently looking for a real estate agent who is experienced and familiar with the Oakland area. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to have finally joined the community!
-Martin
