New member from UK to US [Multifamily Investments]

Hello All,

Firstly, I would like to commend the work that Bigger Pockets has carried out to create such an amazing platform for all types of property interests and I appreciate all you fellow members who provide excellent advice on these forums.

I recently moved from the United Kingdom to San Jose, CA and after various profitable property renovations and sales in the UK, I felt it was only right to continue the passion I have for Real Estate and move into Multifamily Asset Management. With my initial search into Real Estate investment advice in the US it became apparent that Bigger Pockets is the go-to place for knowledge and growth, and therefore I would love to connect with all individuals within REI.

I am interested in Multifamily properties of all sizes all across the US, with particular interests in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, California & Florida.  If the deal makes sense, I'm happy to look at it.

I hope to connect and learn from you all.  I'd like to open the floor for discussion and ask where are you seeing the hottest rental markets at the moment?  Are you aware of any new big moves from big corporations that may influence growth in certain areas?
