Partnership agreements help

Hi BP,

Friend and I are looking into forming a partnership and drafting an agreement. We’re trying to be very thorough and think about every possible scenario we could find ourselves in, and how we’d be able to best keep a good relationship and our money in the worst cases. 

We have a lot of questions and would love to meet up and talk to anyone who has done this sort of thing before.
