Any bay area investors that are free to meet up 1/19/2018 - 1/22?

Hi Bay area investors! My name is Adam. My buddy, William and I will be out in the bay area from January 19th through 22nd to check out the real estate market in the bay area. Currently, we live in Chicago and have done over 100 flips. My wife is relocating to Oakland so my business partner and I will be traveling out there to check out the real estate market to see if we can replicate our business out there.

We are looking for someone who is doing new construction or flips that can show us a couple projects that they are working on? We mainly would like to get a feel of the cost of rehab/construction and market feasibility at this point. We are planning on hitting a lot of open houses on Saturday and Sunday as well.
