Monterey Real Estate

Hey Guys,

I'm moving to Monterey, CA, and I am thinking about buying a house there as a future rental property. I am curious what you guys think about the market there, potential for future growth, and ease of renting. How did it weather the 2008 crash? Thanks for the info, appreciate the help.

I also have significant savings for a potential multi-family property; however, I am just starting to understand the process to own a multi-family building. Any insight on this journey would also be extremely helpful. Thanks again.

Garrett
