For sale by owner suggestions
I am trying to sale a condo in Milpitas. It's currently rented. I would like to try out FSBO, any suggestions on how to execute this?
Thanks in advance

The worst component in a FSBO is the seller himself. Usually not knowledgeable is RE sales and not flexible in the sales details. Focusing (or being myopic) on saving sales commissions is starting off with a handicap.
