Finding renters in San Diego

Ray Alvarez
Posted

Hello,

I'm closing on a townhome in Mission Valley this month. I wanted to see how hard/long it was to find a renter for your investment property? I think my biggest concern, along with everyone's is that it will take a long time to find a renter and the house is just sitting with money coming out of your own pocket? I think mine will be listed at a very fair price for the area, but I think I'm overthinking a lot of things for no reason.

@Maxwell Ventura Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease! I hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving.
